The Service provides coding suggestions as a decision-support tool only. All coding recommendations must be reviewed and verified by qualified medical coding professionals. AgentSwarm Healthcare does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Not upload malicious content or attempt to breach security
- Verify all coding suggestions before submission
5. HIPAA Compliance

6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by AgentSwarm. You retain ownership of documents you upload but grant us a limited license to process them for the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentSwarm Healthcare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
